Recovery for Youth:

Located in the former Taos Clay building in El Prado, Trauma and Recovery Centers is the first program of its kind to be approved by the State of New Mexico.

 

Integrating a truly holistic approach to healing and wellness, TRC is an arts and mindfulness-based intensive outpatient program serving trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring clients in the Taos area.  The program is Medicaid approved, and incorporates movement, meditation, CBT, drumming, pottery, 2D arts, and a fresh organic meal into the daily program.  On top of this, a cash incentive of $100 per week is paid to participating clients.

Due to covid-19, the TRC program currently operates on Zoom, but can offer assistance to clients needing internet access.
